Reminder: Per your lease Section D: Residents Obligations.

  • Resident agrees not to provide accommodations to long term guests in excess of 14 consecutive calendar days within a 12 months period.
  • Section D #13 (a) not to keep, store use or discharge any Fireworks on the premises. Refer to your lease, it you have any questions contact the main office.
  • Section F: Parking & Automobiles. Any inoperable or unlicensed vehicle will be removed from THA property at resident's expense.
